He will always be in search for the adequate solutions. For example, a worrier concerned that his boss may be ignoring him might obsess on what his boss is thinking and be anxious about the boss’ sentences and actions.  A successful employee will look for the answers by getting help to address the problem. For example, by directly asking the boss about his thoughts.
